Jean-Sébastien Fallu is an Associate Professor at the School of Psychoeducation at the University of Montreal and serves as the editor-in-chief of the journal "Drogues, santé et société."

Following a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Toronto's Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, he focuses on substance use's etiology, prevention, and the impact of public policies and stigma. Founder of GRIP Montreal, awarded the Forces Avenir 2002 prize, Fallu is a leading researcher with over 40 publications and extensive media engagement.

His interests span quantitative analysis, research methodology, adolescent adaptation, and public health impacts on substance use prevention.
