Mélanie Lavoie-Tremblay is a full professor and a vice-dean – research, innovation, entrepreneurship at the University of Montreal’s Faculty of Nursing.

Her research interests include the attraction and the maintenance of the nursing position, orientation programs dedicated to new nursing staff, the organisation of healthcare and work, nursing workforce labour, the evaluation of programs and knowledge transfer to administrators.
